30 Minute Chocolate Chip Cookies
30 Minute Chocolate Chip Cookies
This quick chocolate chip cookies recipe is my go-to recipe for the easiestĀ chocolate chip cookies.
Theyāre a classic chocolate chip cookie, so simple to make and best of all ā no freezing time!Ā
Theyāve got a soft centre with a slightly crunchy outside. I like to add some sea salt flakes when theyāre hot out the oven to give them an extra bit of flavour.
What’s important is to leave ample space between each of your cookie dough balls before baking, as they will spread more than you think! I like to cook mine in two batches, or you could bake two batches at once (just keep an eye on the bake time).
Follow my video and step-by-step recipeĀ to make these one bowl chocolate chip cookies.

Hi , I think you forgot to add š zest in it. Beautiful recipe looks nice , Thanks.
Hello, I made them and they are amazing. Just checking if theyād still be great if I chilled this for 12 hours ?
Yes totally!
Hi is it 190C fan oven? Iāve used this recipe twice before and had brilliant results but have just tried to make them again and theyāre completely burntš I didnāt use the fan setting and Iām wondering whether I have in the past and thats maybe what Iāve done wrong this time
No sorry, non-fan assisted!
This is the quickest brilliant recipe ! Just saved my catering order , instead of worrying abt the perfect recipe i decided to follow your video and Iām happy to report theyāre pretty darn good. I went full brown sugar . And a little less flour. Still deep flavour . Since i made 20gm dough balls, i baked them at 190 for 10-12min. . Hoping they wonāt taste floury. I did accidentally throw in 2 gm extra baking powder so theyāre a bit Cakey. Just hope our guests will appreciate them !
So glad!!
