I had to jump on the pistachio hype and try out a pistachio burnt basque cheesecake. It didn’t disappoint! The creamiest pistachio cheesecake recipe that’s the perfect Christmas dessert for when chocolate is a bit too much!

Looking for something different to your classic Christmas yule log? This is my vanilla and pecan yule log recipe that has the real wow factorl Topped with a beautifully piped whipped ganache, it’s a real showstopper for the Christmas table.

This is my take on a classic tarte tatin. I pair cooked apples with mascarpone cream and soft caramel for a real luxury dessert that’s not too heavy after your Christmas dinner.

It took me a while to master this chocolate burnt basque cheesecake, but I’m so glad I persevered! It’s such a decadent dessert that’s a real crowd pleaser – perfect for the festive period.

This is my foolproof chocolate fondant recipe, you’ll get the ooziest chocolate centre every time. I’ve topped mine with a chocolate crumble and a chocolate disc for the perfect plated dessert aesthetic.

I love serving an individual dessert at Christmas, and whilst souffle can be quite intimidating dessert, with this foolproof recipe you’ll have no issues! It’s a decadent chocolate dessert without being too heavy.

A tart is one of my go to Christmas desserts and this vanilla creme brulee tart is a nice and light tart to finish your meal off with. I slice it and then torch the top for the cleanest finish!

My easiest Christmas dessert recipe! This no-bake cheesecake recipe is quick and easy to whip up. Just make it the day before you need it to give it time to set. I add baileys to mine for some extra flavour, but just leave it out if you don’t fancy it and you’ll have a delicious vanilla cheesecake.

If a chocolate yule log is too heavy for your festive dessert then you need to try this vanilla swiss roll. Something a bit different, this is a light, fruit dessert that is the perfect showstopper for your festive dinner table.

If you’re looking for a gluten free Christmas dessert you need to try this flourless chocolate orange cake. It’s a nice light cake that’s perfect to finish off your Christmas meal with, or to bring to a Christmas party!

Another gluten free dessert that’s great for the festive period – my chocolate torte recipe. A flourless, decadent chocolate dessert. Serve by itself or with a dollop of whipped chantilly cream.

If you love a more decadent Christmas dessert then this one’s for you! A smooth chocolate tart with milk chocolate ganache topping for the ultimate shine.

A bit of a different one but a great alternative festive dessert. This one’s all about the plating – it’s a simple citrus loaf cake served with a mascarpone chantilly cream and a blood orange syrup.

Another great Christmas tart recipe. Think of this like a custard tart but made with brown sugar to give it a deeper, caramel-like flavour. The filling is so smooth it melts on the mouth!

A classic yule log is a must over the festive period, and whilst I love to experiment with a yule log, this is my go to recipe. I add baileys to mine for a bit of extra flavour, but you can easily just leave this out. This is perfect for a Christmas party, or the showstopper for Christmas day.

I LOVE this tart recipe. It’s the perfect warming recipe for the festive period. The poached pears with the spices are the ultimate flavour combination. Served with a dollop of chantilly cream, this is the one I’ll be making this Christmas day.

If you prefer a baked cheesecake to a no-bake cheesecake then this is the recipe for you. A simple vanilla cheesecake that you can’t go wrong with for Christmas day.

This one might tip you over the edge after your Christmas dinner, but you can always save the leftovers for the next day! It’s my take on millionaires shortbread but in a tart. Such a decadent chocolate dessert that has the real wow factor.

This tart uses coconut sugar which gives a classic custard tart more of a caramel mouth feel. It’s a beautiful tart to serve on Christmas if you’re looking for something a bit lighter – a great alternative to chocolate tart.

My chocolate orange cheesecake is the ultimate decadent dessert for Christmas day! It’s a baked chocolate cheesecake recipe that I finish with a chocolate ganache topping for that extra hit of chocolate.

If your only job is dessert on Christmas day you should try these coffee hazelnut tartlets. There’s a lot of elements to them, but they are so delicious and the perfect individual dessert to impress your family and friends on Christmas.

I love this recipe because it looks amazing but is so easy to make! It’s a simple brownie recipe coated in a torched meringue. If you’re feeling confident, try torching the meringue at the dinner table to wow your guests!
